Aruba
Aruba's coast is lined with wide sandy beaches, many luxurious resorts and tropical swaying palm trees.
Pan Bati
1 can evaporated milk - 2 c. cornmeal - dash salt - 4 c. flour - 2 tbsp. sugar - 2 tbsp. baking powder - 1 c. water - -In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together, adding enough water to make the mixture the consistency of pancake batter. Refrigerate overnight. Heat up griddle and pour on a small amount of olive oil. Pour mixture on hot griddle, when brown, turn over. The mixture should be about 16 inches in diameter. While on griddle, beat the bread on both sides with a flat knive. Cut pieces into triangles and serve with meal. Serves 4
