Paradise Fowl
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 1 c. sour cream - 1/2 c. Dijon mustard - 1/4 c. white wine - - In a baking dish, spread out chicken breasts.  Combine all other ingredients and spoon mixture over chicken.  Cover with foil.  Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.  For the last 10 minutes, remove foil.  Serves 4

Road Town, the capital of the British Virgin Islands, surrounds the Harbor like an amphitheater, its buildings stretching up into the hillsides.  This spacious, beautiful harbor is a busy center of island life and marine activity in this tropical archipelago.

Soursop Ice Cream
3 c. soursop pulp - 1 c. sweetened condensed milk - 1/2 c. sugar - 1 c. evaporated milk, chilled - - Mix together sugar, condensed milk and soursop pulp.  Pour into a covered freezer container and place in freezer until just crystallized.  Remove and beat in evaporated milk until creamy.  Freeze until sold and serve. Serves 6
