There is some writing on the back that looks like it might be Russian.  I tried to type the top sentence using an on-line translator keyboard and it looks something like this...

г. Пинск. Улица Т. Костіошко вид на костел св. Станислава. 30-е гг.

which translated as:  Pinsk. Street T. Kostіoshko view of the Church of St.. Stanislaus. 30s.

Sovietskaya Street is truly the heart of the city and the main tourist attraction. It is a tree-lined pedestrian promenade, which runs through the center of the downtown shopping district.

It was laid out in the mid-19th century and in the 1970s it was closed to traffic and now is lined with shops, restaurants and outdoor cafes.

The stone-built circus in Minsk was the first stationary winter circus in the Soviet Union.

Construction started in 1954 and was completed in 1958. It was the largest circus that could host any kind of performance – from water shows to aerial acrobatics shows.

The opening night took place on 11 February 1959, which is now marked as the official birthday of the contemporary Belarusian circus.

Gomel (also called Homel) is the second-largest city in Belarus. It has a population of 482,652 (2009 census).

The Rumyantsev-Paskevich Residence (Picture number 2) is the main place of historical importance in the city of Gomel. The grounds of the residence stretch for 800 meters along the steep right bank of the Sozh River. An image of the residence is featured on the Belarusian 20,000-ruble bill.

Brest is a city (population 310,800 in 2010) in Belarus at the border with Poland opposite the city of Terespol, where the Bug River and Mukhavets rivers meet.

Being situated on the main railway line connecting Berlin and Moscow, and an intercontinental highway (the European route E30), Brest became a principal border crossing since World War II in Soviet times. Today it links the European Union and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
