Louisiana - The Town of Jean Lafitte

Jean Lafitte, Louisiana, A world apart

This town was named after the pirate Jean Lafitte.
I looked up why they have an iris flower on the front and it is because they grow wild all over.

This postcard was postmarked in 2026.
