Arizona
Vermillion Cliffs National Monument was proclaimed in the year 2000. The region contains a diverse selection of sandstone, slickrock, shear cliffs, and other interesting rock formations. The amazing geological mysteries found here are spread throughout the 293,000 acres of the monument.
