Coconut Bread

2 cups coconut flakes, 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs beaten, 1 cup evaporated milk, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp cinnamon,2 tbsp melted butter, 3 cups all purpose flour, 1 tbsp baking powder. Combine eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and butter.  Stir in coconut and sugar. Sift in flour, baking powder and salt.  Mix till smooth.  Pour into two greased 9 inch loaf pans.  Bake at 350 1 hr.  Enjoy!
