Greetings from Puerto Rico
Isla Verde Beach, is known by many as the Miami Beach of Puerto Rico.

Caribbean Banana Fritters (about 12 fritters)
4 ripe bananas mashed, 2 tbsp sugar, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 cup all purpose flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1 egg lightly beaten, oil for deep frying, and powder sugar. Combine bananas, sugar, milk, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg in bowl. Mix till creamy, then fold in egg. Drop about 1 tsp of batter in hot oil, fry till golden brown. Sprinkle with powder sugar. Simply Delicious!
