Tower of London, Traitors Gate & The Gun Carriage Used to Convey the Body of the Late Queen Victoria
The Traitors' Gate is a double gateway on to the Thames, by which state prisoners were formerly admitted to the Tower; above it is St. Thomas's Tower. In the view we see the gun-carriage upon which the remains of Queen Victoria were conveyed to the mausoleum at Frogmore.
