The School of Law recently dedicated a new library and completed extensive interior renovation of the original building, the Reba Engler Daner Wing. The library-the third largest in the Southeast-contains nearly a half-million volumes and is one of the nation's leading legal research libraries.

There are also libraries serving the School of Architecture, School of Law, School of Medicine, School of Music, and the Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science. The combined holdings total more than 2 million volumes, 20,353 serial subscriptions, and more than 3 million microforms. The Richter Library is a Federal Government Documents Depository.
