This buoy-shaped landmark, in Key West Florida, represents the claimed "Southernmost Point" in the Continental United States and is one of the most visited attractions in Key West.

U.S. Route 1 is a major north-south U.S. Highway  that serves the East Coast of the United States.  It runs 2,377 miles (3,825 km) from Key West, Florida north to Fort Kent, Maine.

Yes!  I finally got to see this!  We had to wait for a while in line to get a picture taken.  There were people from all over the world.
