Day or night, the Glen Ellyn Volunteer Fire Dept. stands ready to aid the community, as it has since its founding in 1907. The fire station at Main & Pennsylvania was opened in 1957, and in 1996 received system upgrades and a major structural addition, ensuring its readiness to answer the call.
